On behalf of the Council of the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, I wish to extend my heartfelt congratulations on the launch of the Beijing International Wine Exchange Trading System and to Wing On New Group Canada Inc. in its efforts to introduce the Polar Bear Icewine to the Chinese market.
